Standard return policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
  • The following products that are not eligible for return
    • Items where the customer received the item and did not contact Rattastic Discussions within 14 days of the date they received the product 
    • Items where 28 days have elapsed from the date Rattastic Discussions shipped the item (UK only)
    • Items that have been used (i.e. a t-shirt was bought and then worn). Once an item has been used by a customer, it is no longer eligible for refund​​
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred by returning the item
  • The customer is responsible for contacting Rattastic Discussions immediately upon receiving the item and deciding to return it, so as not to miss the 14 day return window
  • The product will only be refunded once Rattastic Discussions received the item, and within 14 days of the item being received

For damaged products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:

  • The customer will be required to supply evidence that the item was delivered in a damaged condition
  • The customer is responsible for contacting Rattastic Discussions immediately upon receiving the damaged item and supplying Rattastic Discussions with photographic evidence that the item was delivered in a damaged condition, so as not to miss the 14 day return window
  • Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased
  • Any item found to be damaged after 28 days have elapsed from the date Rattastic Discussions shipped the item (UK only) may or may not be refunded at Rattastic Discussions’ discretion
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost incurred by returning the item (this cost will however be added to the customer’s refund upon Rattastic Discussions receiving the damaged product)
  • The product will only be refunded once Rattastic Discussions receives the item

Shipping your item back to Rattastic Discussions

If you are shipping an item back to Rattastic Discussions, upon contacting Rattastic Discussions to notify them of your wish to return the item (within 14 days of receiving it) a return address will be supplied to you.

You must supply Rattastic Discussions with evidence (e.g. a photograph of your receipt) of postage in order to have that cost added to your refund.

Retention of the right to change offering

Rattastic Discussions may, without prior notice:

  • Change the services 
  • Stop providing the services, or any feature of the services
  • Create limits for the services

Rattastic Discussions may permanently, or temporarily, terminate or suspend access to any of the services without ​prior notice or liability for any reason, or no reason.
